Delete your account

You have two ways to delete your Kora account.

1. From the app (fastest)

  1. Open Kora Training.
  2. Tap the Athlete tab.
  3. Tap Settings → Account → Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and all training data are removed immediately.

2. From the web

Enter the email associated with your Kora account and we will action the deletion within 30 days. You will receive email confirmation with a reference number.

What happens to your data

Account-identifiable data is deleted within 30 days. Aggregate, anonymized training analytics may be retained for product improvement — these cannot be tied back to you. See the Privacy Policy.
